Booked a move from the UK to Spain with MyCheapRemovals and was initially quite nervous because their quote was better than the others I received. However, Agi was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, always quick to answer questions and provide any information needed. From booking to pickup to delivery, communication was excellent. Our items were delivered to Spain in great condition only three days after collection, even with a one-day delay due to a mechanical issue — which we were kept fully updated on. Everything arrived safely and the unloading was smooth and stress-free thanks to our driver Wojtek. I would definitely recommend this company for a general household move or part-load move. Read Less

She stayed in touch with updates even over the weekend, and guided everything with calm professionalism, which I genuinely appreciated. BIG THANKS! They got from Berlin to south England in 2 days, they wrapped and strapped the boxes in the van so it was secure, the driver offered his help free of charge ( is usually charged) up 4 flights of stairs and insisted on helping at the other end during the UK delivery. I chose to tip him because he was so helpful throughout the collection and delivery process. I packed my stuff in big plastic storage boxes and wrapped fragile objects up well in case of transport motion but nothing was damaged at all in the move. I recommend paying the extra £100 to book a specific day for collection otherwise there's a 3 day window so it's hard to plan help for moving your stuff if relying on friends to be free. They said they would be at my place for collection at 3pm and they were there at 3pm. I didn't find a company who could go from Berlin to UK apart from MCR, apart from one that was £2000, this in total cost me £905. I was really happy with it and they are nice people. Give the driver coffee and a biscuit they drive all night. Justyna replies really quickly and will answer all the questions, and I ask a lot of questions 🙂‍↕️ professional human people Read Less
