We needed to ship all of our goods from London UK to Zurich Switzerland. And because we could not afford to be out of our house, and stay at a hotel for 2-3 weeks, when we were told My Cheap Removals could deliver within 2 days, I was quite skeptical, but it really ended up happening! We shipped our goods on the 25th September from London, and they all arrived safe on the 28th of September in Zurich. We were pretty nervous because it was Switzerland, not a standard EU country, but Natalia from customer service knew exactly what forms were needed, and made sure we were prepared. Kamil the driver was Polish, and didn't speak so much English, but he was the nicest, neat and also the most organised guy. He stacked all of our stuff so neatly, so nothing could move around, and really knew how to handle fragile goods. The only thing was on the 25th, there was a strike at Calais and Kamil was held up! So instead of the agreed time which was between 12-2pm, we were told he would arrive between 7-8 pm. But he must have drove really fast because he arrived at 4:30 pm, and we were done loading everything by 5:30 pm!! I really really recommend My Cheap Removals when it comes to international shipping. Highly recommended. Very good service, flexible to our changing times and demands; Sylwia Janyska was very efficient and helpful and it was great to get a person at a the end of the phone. Pick up as arranged time window and drop off too, very carefully handled by the driver pick up and assistant (Hubert for the record) and well handled and all in all, took a lot of stress out of what is always a stressful time moving between countries - for the record this time between Netherlands and Scotland.
