The smallest volumes – 5m3, 10m3 or 15m3 are part load options, so you will share the van with someone else. Also, the transit time may take a bit longer than with whole van options. The full van (dedicated) options – 20m3, 30m3 and above – mean that the “man with a van” will be just for you, so you can choose the exact pick-up time. The van will go straight to the destination address after the loading, so the delivery may be quicker than in part-load options.

If you decide to receive the quote from our website, you will get an email right after filling in the form. The email will contain all the volume options that we have in our offer so that you can compare the costs and decide between them after you estimate the volume you need. Next, our website will guide you through our online booking process, at the end of which, you will be asked to pay a 10% deposit to secure your booking. After that, our Customer Service will contact you to confirm the pick-up and destination addresses, as well as the potential pick-up date (part load option) or the exact collection date and time (dedicated option). What is more, Customer Service will be at your disposal from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 04:00 pm, in order to answer all of your questions.
At least one day before the pickup date, you will get a message with all the information concerning the collection and delivery, as well as the van and driver assigned to your move. Our driver will help you with loading and unloading your goods. The first hour of our driver’s assistance is free, yet if you need some additional time for his help, you will need to pay him directly from £50 for every extra hour.
