From the moment I started dealing with Justyna we received the most amazing customer service. Every query answered promptly and efficiently and when we had to rearrange the transport multiple times it was always dealt with brilliantly. We moved all our belongings from London to Barcelona. We felt very confident at every stage. On the day of the move (we had two trucks) the drivers were excellent and clearly very experienced with packing fragile items.
