An exceptional Polish-UK moving company with exceptional people. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
This review is very long overdue, but my appreciation for this wonderful company certainly hasn’t diminished!
From my very first conversation with Justyna, I knew I had found something special. At the time, we were navigating a rather uncertain period, with so many things still up in the air regarding our return from France to the UK. There were numerous moving parts, dates that needed to align and circumstances that were changing, but Justyna was simply extraordinary throughout.
Her kindness, understanding, professionalism and incredible ability to organise everything so seamlessly made an enormous difference to us. She kept me updated at every stage, communicated beautifully and somehow managed to make what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel completely under control. Justyna really is the mastermind behind such a wonderfully run company!
I had spoken to several other removal and transport companies beforehand, including some very large, established businesses, and I can genuinely say that none came close to the level of professionalism, warmth and personal attention I received here. From the very first point of contact, the difference was remarkable. And, wonderfully, their pricing was also more competitive than many of the larger companies.
The drivers were equally exceptional. So kind, helpful, considerate and genuinely lovely people. Every single item was handled with extraordinary care, including some belongings that held enormous sentimental value. I even had delicate wooden flower petals amongst my possessions, and not so much as a tiny chip on them! Everything arrived beautifully looked after.
As we were arriving after our belongings, the team also kept in contact with friends who were helping us at the receiving end, ensuring everything went smoothly. There were so many logistical details to coordinate around our new home, and they handled every single one with patience, flexibility and absolute professionalism.
What makes this company so special is something that cannot simply be bought or advertised: genuine human kindness, honesty, integrity and a real commitment to doing what they promise.
They didn’t just move our belongings. They helped us move into the next chapter of our lives, and I will always be grateful for the difference they made during that time.
A particularly heartfelt thank you to Justyna, Lukasz and the wonderful drivers and team. You are an absolute credit to your company, and your customers are incredibly fortunate to be in the hands of such genuinely kind, dedicated and exceptional people.
We are very likely to move abroad again in the future, and I can say with complete certainty that there is absolutely no question about who I will be calling when that time comes!
