They got from Berlin to south England in 2 days, they wrapped and strapped the boxes in the van so it was secure, the driver offered his help free of charge ( is usually charged) up 4 flights of stairs and insisted on helping at the other end during the UK delivery. I chose to tip him because he was so helpful throughout the collection and delivery process.
I packed my stuff in big plastic storage boxes and wrapped fragile objects up well in case of transport motion but nothing was damaged at all in the move.
I recommend paying the extra £100 to book a specific day for collection otherwise there's a 3 day window so it's hard to plan help for moving your stuff if relying on friends to be free. They said they would be at my place for collection at 3pm and they were there at 3pm.I didn't find a company who could go from Berlin to UK apart from MCR, apart from one that was £2000, this in total cost me £905. I was really happy with it and they are nice people. Give the driver coffee and a biscuit they drive all night.
