One thing to keep in mind is that the removal window spans three days, and the exact date and time of collection are only confirmed the day before the window starts. For example, I booked for April 9 and was informed on April 7 that my pickup would be on April 8.
Despite this, everything went smoothly—the team arrived and delivered exactly as communicated. The process was seamless from start to finish, and I never felt left in the dark.
