I recently used My Cheap Removals for my move from Belgium to England. I just want to say to anyone who is doubting them or unsure of the quality for how affordable they are, you will not be disappointed!! The level of communication and brilliant customer service I got from both Justyna and Agi was second to none. They kept me informed of every step along the way and when there was a small delay with the arrival the let me know a new arrival time ASAP. All of my items arrived in perfect condition and the driver was lovely and helped me carry all my boxes down three flights of stairs. Fabulous from initial enquiry to finish, Justyna answered all my questions and really settled my nerves, she was totally honest and open with my expectations and I could contact her easily. She dealt with my booking needs with loading and delivery dates, extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the whole process. Great communication, which helped immensely. Marek the driver was fantastic, his customer service was impeccable, all items dealt with care loading and delivery. A very polite and helpful gentleman. There were a couple of items that were broken, this is not a problem for me as I take responsibility for packing the loose items. I would have liked to be informed though. However, I would absolutely use this company again with no hesitation.
